MyGuestList is an online application designed to grow your database, handle guestlists, statistics and marketing all from the one place.
Nightclubs, bars, lounges, promoters & promotional groups, event managers and others within the hospitality and entertainment industries can all use the features in MyGuestList.
There are a number of ways that you can capture details from your patrons and MyGuestList provides really new and innovative methods to accomplish this. You can check out all the different ways here.
With each guestlist entry, all the information of your patron is captured and directly stored into your database without needing you to type it in. This means that the more people that create guestlists online, the more your database grows. Promoting this activity by urging your patrons to create their guestlists online, expands both your database, marketing target and statistic information
There are two packages of the MyGuestList system. The full package contains all the data capturing methods, unlimited support and changes while the Lite package, can get you up and going for less than $7 a week. Contact our sales team for more info.
MyGuestList is divided into four main sections. Guestlists, Statistics, Database and Marketing. Each of these sections is easy to navigate around and can be accessed from any machine that has an Internet connection. A help section is provided to all users to better understand the system and ongoing unlimited support is provided for anything the help or this FAQ section may not cover.

With MyGuestList you can do the following:
Guestlists
- View all upcoming and past guestlists
- Search for guestlists by date, name, age, sex, location and more
- Edit all guestlists and leave reminders and notes for staff members
- Save time by not forgetting or misplacing guestlists. No need to copy paste emails or spend time on the phone
- Allow your patrons to create their guestlists at their convenience
- Print out all or selected guestlists in a format of your choice
Statistics
- Check on the performance of your venue/night
- Find out your most and least popular nights
- Find out whether you have more guys than girls, older or younger crowd and more
- Custom tailor the information you gather from your contacts to generate statistics on anything you like

Database

MyGuestList supports all the standard Windows and Mac browsers.This includes Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari. For best results, we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 7, or Firefox 2.0 or greater.
What are the statistics and how do I use them to my advantage?

All guestlists created in your guestlist entry page will send both you and your patron a confirmation email to assure you that the guestlist has gone through and is now in your system.
Should you have the request that you do not want just anybody to create a guestlist online, the system can be customised to employ a screening procedure. Just have a chat to us about this.
I am having trouble with something. What do I do?
Here at MyGuestList, we pride ourselves in not only having an excellent service but by also being there for any trouble that may arise for each of our lovely clients (yes, that's right, lovely). Categories/Groups are there to help you identify and understand your contacts better. For example, if you would like to create a new promotion on Friday nights for your Corporate crowd, you can choose to SMS or email only those contacts. Starting a new R'n'B night? Why not let all your contacts in the R'n'B group know?
How do I purchase more SMS credits?
You have an unlimited amount of SMS credits linked to your account to save you the hassle of not running out when you come close to that upcoming special event. So there is no need to top up. They are there for you at all times.
Will my database of contacts be passed on to a third party?
At MyGuestList, we understand the importance of databases and the hard work achieved to build them to a successful level. We have a strict policy that all venue information and its assets (including database information) will not be passed on, sold or distributed to a third party of any kind.
