Marriott Hotels and MyGuestlist have partnered together to streamline managing your customer database lists and make marketing easier than ever.

All customer data from your reservation system and website will seamlessly flow directly into MyGuestlist, allowing you to create and distribute engaging promotions via email and SMS, driving more customers to your restaurant outlets.

Once set up, many of the campaigns can be set to run automatically allowing you to get back to managing your restaurant confident in the knowledge that your customer data is working for you to drive new and repeat customers.

One-off setup fee: $480

Includes:

  • Initial strategic discussion with account manager
  • Cleansing of existing data
  • Importing of existing data
  • Setting up database fields, categories & segments
  • Creating forms: data capture, sign up, survey, feedback, etc.
  • Creating in-venue data-capture mechanisms
  • Creating email templates
  • Creation of all automated emails. i.e. birthday emails, win back emails, post dining feedback emails, other automated pathways
  • Integrations with 3rd-party reservation systems
  • Online Training

Monthly Subscription Includes:

  • Database management
  • Email marketing
  • SMS marketing (as required)
  • Marketing Automation. I.e. birthday emails, win back emails, post-dining feedback, other automated pathways
  • Competitions. I.e. refer a friend, social sharing, etc.
  • Maintenance of above integrations
  • Reporting – i.e database demographics, campaigns, etc.

Email inclusions are valid for a calendar month. All unused included credits are forfeited each month. Messages sent exceeding the included credits attract additional charges. SMS charges apply. Tickets sold using MyGuestlist may incur additional charges.

Additional emails: $0.0288 per email
SMS Marketing: 12c per message
Ticketing commission: $1 + 5.5% per ticket (paid by the purchaser)
Gift Vouchers: $90 / month plus $450 one-off setup fee; 3% transaction charge per voucher sold

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australian properties (excluding GST) and United States Dollars (USD) for all properties outside of Australia.
